L’Ontario se félicite d’un investissement de 132 millions de dollars dans la fabrication de pointe à Burlington
Today, Vic Fedeli, Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade and Effie Triantafilopoulos, MPP for Oakville North-Burlington, welcomed a $132 million investment from Tempel Canada, which will see the company open a new 250,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Burlington to meet a rising demand for industrial transformer products across the North American market. Supported with $5 million in funding through the government’s Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Competitiveness (AMIC) stream of the Regional Development Program, this investment will create nearly 100 new, good-paying jobs while protecting over 200 existing positions.
